• If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, h177 must be notified immediately.

2.2 Updating Contact Information

If your mobile number, email, or payment details change, update your account promptly. h177 is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect information.

Age Verification & Identity Proof

h177 strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Only individuals aged 21 or older are permitted to use this platform.

• At registration or at any stage, h177 may request a copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence to verify age and identity.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed.
• If an account is confirmed to belong to a minor, it will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.
• In cases of identity fraud, the entire balance of the account in question will be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 20x (on the bonus amount).
• Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit to withdraw the bonus balance.

5.3 VIP Program & Cashback

h177's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Advancement through VIP tiers is determined by the user's activity and engagement with the site.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• A person may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
• If bonus fraud is suspected, h177 reserves the right to cancel the bonus without verification.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus may be forfeited.
• Each promotional offer has a specific expiry date; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on h177 is governed by the following rules.

• A confirmed bet or round cannot be cancelled; however, h177 may make exceptions in cases of technical error.
• If a technical error or disruption affects a game result, h177 will conduct the necessary investigation and make a decision; that decision will be considered final.
• For sports betting, specific rules will apply if an event is cancelled or postponed.
• If a connection is lost during a live game, the result of that round will be calculated according to the server log.
• General concepts of RTP (Return to Player) and volatility apply; the outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the game and the user's account tier.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h177 platform. Violating these rules will result in account termination and forfeiture of balance.
